Hi,

I am currently an undergraduate student in Electrical Engineering. As a summer research assistant, one of my projects is to work with Professor Samuel Butler in the department of geophysics on a problem involving the resistivity method used in geophysics. The resistivity method is used to determine the arrangement of the different materials in the earths surface. We modelling the effects of certain error that pertain to this method while in the field, and studying the results.

My second project pertains to the further development and improvement of the software bundle TOPAZ. It is an automated tool which analyses digital elevation models. I am to improve the graphical user interface, and add a utility to format the input files.

Some of my hobbies include programming microprocessors with hardware integration, computer programming, a variety of both summer and winter sports, and hitting the gym.
