Gaelene Lerat

I am an undergraduate engineering student in the Department of Physics and Engineering Physics at the University of Saskatchewan who had the privilege to be a part of the lab over summer 2013.  I have been working on various models in circuitry and robotics in a simulation program called MapleSim in the hopes of being able to easily build a model and extract its equations for further analysis.  I have also been helping out on a project called AUDELSI which is a software system for generating symplectic integrators for Lagrangian systems to produce high fidelity simulations over many cycles.
I have always been interested in space technology, and work on the USST (University of Saskatchewan Space Design Team) in my spare time.  I also love camping, martial arts, and science fiction.  I hope to one day work for a space agency and finally go to the San Diego Comic Con (preferably in a space ship).
